Greg is responsible for originating and executing on real estate, infrastructure and structured finance transactions at Brookfield Financial. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment banking and has expertise in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition requirements of Brookfield Financial’s private, institutional and public company clientele. In addition, Greg has responsibility for the structured finance business group at Brookfield Financial, and has developed extensive knowledge and experience in joint ventures, fund raises and participation arrangements. Previously, Greg worked in the investment banking group of TD Securities were he was responsible for originating and executing numerous real estate transactions.
Notable transactions that Greg has participated in include the equity placement for the Retirement Life Communities Joint Venture, the Graywood Condominium Development Fund, and some of the largest rental housing, seniors housing, and land sales in Canadian history.
Greg is a member of the Board of Toronto Community Housing, where he chairs the Audit Committee, Investment Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee and City Building Committee, which oversees TCHC’s private market development joint venture program. Greg graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Economics in 1983.

Mike joined Brookfield Financial’s Montreal office in January 2008 and is responsible for originating and executing property brokerage, M&A, and financing transactions primarily in the Quebec market. Prior to joining Brookfield Financial, he was Managing Director with CIBC World Markets, which he joined in 2002 after serving as Senior Vice President, Investments with Colliers International. Mike has over 25 years experience in real estate finance, dispositions and acquisitions on behalf of corporate and institutional clients.
Notable transactions he has participated in include Place Canada Trust, Ogilvy, Montreal Eaton Centre, Champlain Mall, SITQ’s Laval office portfolio, Place Bonaventure and Dominion Square, amongst others.
Mike is a graduate of McGill University (MBA) and Loyola College (BA) and holds the FICB designation. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of UDI Quebec and on the Board of Trustees of the McCord Museum of Canadian History.

Mark Murski has over 10 years of investment banking and private equity experience and is responsible for originating and executing M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions and general corporate finance advisory for Brookfield Financial. Mark previously worked at Brookfield Asset Management placing private debt and equity financings across a broad range of industries. Prior to Brookfield Mark worked at Ernst & Young.
Notable transactions that he has participated in include the sale of Summit REIT to ING Real Estate, the Sale of Atlas Cold Storage to the Avion Group, the sale of Dundee REIT’s central and eastern assets to GE Real Estate.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Arnaud joined Brookfield Financial in November 2009 as Managing Partner. He has over 11 years of investment banking experience in London, covering Europe. Prior to joining Brookfield Financial, Arnaud spent four years at Eurohypo Global Advisory, three years at DTZ Corporate Finance and three years at Dresdner Kleinwort. He has been involved over the years in various investment banking real estate projects covering public takeovers, fund raising, joint-venture structuring, portfolio acquisition and disposal and property brokerage.
Whilst at Dresdner Kleinwort, Arnaud was part of the Financial Institutions Group where he worked on public transactions such as the NatWest defence during the £29 billion hostile public offers from RBS and BOS and the IPO and secondary offering of Banco Hipotecario in Argentina.
The first four years of his career were spent as a financial auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, first in Paris and then in London.
Arnaud holds a Masters and Post Masters degree from the University Paris Dauphine.
