Nurit Sadowski joined Brookfield Financial in November 2006, and is responsible for the marketing and sales of retail, office, and mixed use property transactions. Prior to joining Brookfield Financial, Nurit was a sales representative with Cushman & Wakefield LePage where she focused on retail investment sales and leasing.
Nurit has over 8 years experience the commercial real estate industry, over which time she has been involved such landmark transactions as the sale of CN Central Station in Montreal, Deerfoot Meadows Shopping Centre in Calgary, and the sale of Yonge Eglinton Centre in Toronto.
Nurit is actively involved in industry associations, including Toronto NAIOP, ICSC and Toronto CREW. Nurit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Alison Goudy has over 8 years experience in finance and real estate. Alison assists the group in executing on real estate structured finance, M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions at Brookfield Financial. Prior to Brookfield she worked in the corporate finance practice of Ernst & Young where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and valuations.
Notable transactions she has participated in include the acquisition of O&Y REIT and O&Y Corp, the sale of Atlas Cold Storage to Avion Group, the debt and equity placement on Cherokee’s Faubourg Boisbriand site, the sale of Dundee REIT’s central and eastern assets to GE Real Estate, and the financing of the TD Canada Trust Tower at Brookfield Place.
Alison completed her BComm from Queen's University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Peter Zorbas is a Vice President with Brookfield Financial. He is responsible for the origination and execution of real estate brokerage transactions for western Canada.
Prior to joining Brookfield Financial, Peter worked for over six years at Colliers International where he specialized in investment sales. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is an active member of the Canadian chapter.
Peter graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and spent six years playing in the Canadian Professional Soccer League.
Peter is a Broker with Brookfield Financial Real Estate Group.
Sarah joined Brookfield Financial in November 2007 as an associate primarily involved in debt and equity placements for our clients. Prior to joining Brookfield Financial, she was an associate with TD Securities CMBS Origination group which she joined in 2003 after working as an Underwriter for Canada ICI.
Sarah has over 7 years experience in commercial real estate finance, with work experience from offices in 5 major Canadian markets. Some notable transactions Sarah has participated in include the financing of TD Canada Trust Tower at Brookfield Place and the Graywood Condominium Development Fund.
Sarah is a graduate of UBC’s Faculty of Commerce, with a major in Urban Land Economics.
