Sami Zahur joined Brookfield Financial in 2010 and is focused on providing financial advisory services to clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Sami has several years of experience in the debt markets and has been involved in the financings of a number of conventional and renewable energy projects across Canada; as well as social and transportation PPP projects.
Prior to joining Brookfield Financial Sami spent time in both the Project & Infrastructure Finance; and Fixed Income, Currencies & Distribution businesses at CIBC World Markets Inc.
Sami is a graduate of Queen’s University where he earned a Master of Business Administration, and a graduate of McMaster University where he earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Alex joined Brookfield Financial in August 2009 and is focused on executing commercial brokerage transactions across office, retail, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use asset classes. Prior to joining Brookfield Financial, Alex was a member of the Corporate Services Group at Colliers International where she was involved in providing commercial brokerage and advisory services to multinational clients.
Alex’s previous experience includes several years in the marketing industry where she led the development and execution of national marketing campaigns for global clients.
Alex holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and Economics from McGill University.
Andrew joined Brookfield Financial’s London office in January 2010. He is focused on real estate capital markets and M&A activity for clients across Europe. Prior to joining Brookfield, Andrew worked as an analyst at M3 Capital Partners’ London office where he worked on advisory assignments and private equity capital markets transactions for real estate companies across Europe.
Andrew graduated with a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors degree from the University of Toronto.
Christine joined Brookfield Financial in 2006, and is responsible for designing marketing materials and assisting in packaging, production and marketing of property brokerage and capital markets transactions.
Christine has been part of many landmark transactions such as Yonge Eglinton Centre in Toronto, CN Central Station in Montreal, the financing of TD Canada Trust Tower at Brookfield Place, and the Graywood Condominium Development Fund.
Christine graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo.
